Chapter 47: Blood Donations & Goddess Gowns

I looked at the water, and Jasper immediately had the straw to my lips. I took two really long draws, then said, "Carlisle, is there anything you need for the workup that you would rather my mates do?"

He nodded, "With the worry of the blood not flowing well, I would like to test a small amount of your supply, if you don't mind. I'll need no more than a few tablespoons to test it accurately."

I smiled. "I'll have them collect it for you during Jake's break in a little while, if you can give us something sterile to put it in. It's a good idea. You should probably do the same thing once my turn is done to make sure the levels haven't gotten lower."

He smiled, offering, "That was one of my intentions... to compare the levels. I also want to see what levels of what nutrients are contained in your milk supply, along with what in your diet, if anything, would boost those nutrients. It should help with your milk supply, along with your mates helping to build the volume of milk and keep the blood flowing."

I smiled as I felt a push inside me for him to do the tests. "That's a perfect idea, Carlisle. I think you'll find something to help, if the feeling I'm getting is any indication."

Jasper nodded with a smile. I felt the ache in my breasts, then the heat from Jake dissipate. He shifted his head a tiny bit as Edward came to the doorway, "Jake says your temperature is stable for now. He needs to find a tree, so Carlisle should get the supplies ready."

I giggled, "Go ahead, Jake. Just make sure it's not one of Esme's favorite trees... and get something to eat while you're at it. I'll call when you can come back."

Jake licked my hand before hurrying off. I looked to Carlisle. "While you're getting everything ready for me and Charlie, can you have someone go online to find the green caviar? It's actually a seaweed, and is sometimes called sea grapes. I feel like they should be here when the 24 hour mark is up."

He smiled widely as he said, "Alice is working online with the fabrics right now, so I can have her get it. She'll be happy to help."

Char took over Carlisle's place, leaving a kiss on the top of my foot before she started massaging. Sue looked at Charlie, who nodded before saying, "We'll give you a little privacy. You can call us when you're ready for us to join you again. Carlisle gave us a guest room to rest in, so we'll be here through the process with you. I'll send the elders in to say good night. They want to return to their families for the night. They'll be back first thing in the morning, though."

I called for Edward, who crouched down in my line of sight with a small smile, "How will the elders be getting there safely?"

He responded immediately, "I think the second round of the pack will be going with them. The third round is on their way here. Jake wants as many wolves as possible on the property right now, with this being such a crucial time for you and the babies. You just rest and help my little nieces/nephews grow strong."

He placed his hand on my cheek, so I leaned into it. "I really like this side of you. Thank you, Edward."

He smiled widely, "Anytime, Bella. I just want you and the babies to be safe, healthy, and happy. Rest now. I'll go help Alice find the caviar for you. Is there anything else we should find?"

A flash of what I needed came to me... "White caviar... or snail eggs, Tobikko... flying fish eggs... not the black, seaweed wraps, and the best quality sushi-grade salmon and tuna. I can tell Esme and the girls how to prepare what I'll want. Thanks."

He smiled widely, then quickly left the room. Dad came to me and placed a kiss on my cheek, "I never figured you for a sushi girl. Big ole fish fry maybe, but not sushi."

I giggled, "It's the goddess in me, Dad. She's picky... sushi, grilled, or baked. No fried. I'll still fry yours, though, so no worries."

He gave me a relieved smile in return. "We'll go now. Just call when you're ready for us."

I nodded, then Sue kissed my cheek as Carlisle walked in the room. Carlisle handed the small, lidded sterile cup to Jasper, then told Charlie everything was set up in his study. They left the room, with Carlisle saying to just open the door when we were ready for company again. He closed the pocket doors, then we were alone.

Char took Jake's empty spot beside me, brushing my hair behind my ears. I smiled sadly, "I'm sorry about our time tonight. I so wanted to make love to you for hours."

She shook her head, "Shh, Sweetness. This is more important right now. We can make love all you want after the babies are stable. We'll draw a warm bath with some oils, light the candles, make love in the warm water until it turns cold, then refill the water and make love again, just because we can. We'll have our time... don't stress about it. I know you love me. We don't have to be making love for me to know that. You show me with every look and touch."

She leaned in to kiss me, slow and sweet. "I do love you, My Char... so very much."

She gave me a beautiful smile as her response. "Would you still like to draw from me?"

She grinned as she slowly unhooked the top of my halter, sliding the material and her fingertips across my sensitive nipples as she reached them.

The ache got more prominent, so she licked the very tip of my right nipple, smiling up at me. I nodded, moaning as she latched on, weaving my fingers in her hair. She hummed as she drew deeply, causing me to instantly relax. I felt the tingle and relaxed even further, unweaving my fingers to stroke her cheek as she fed from me. When I felt the change a small while later, I told her she could switch, then she and Jasper changed spots.

I knew we needed to express a bit after her first draw, so I said softly as I showed her what to do, "After your first good draw, when I feel the tingle, Jasper will hold the cup as I turn on my side. Place your fingers, draw the milk toward the nipple, then gently squeeze. Jasper can collect what's needed, then I'll turn on my back again. You can resume taking then."

She smiled and nodded. She licked the nipple, then latched on to draw deeply. I felt the tingle. Nodding, she let go for me to turn. She curled against my back as she placed her fingers, nuzzling my shoulder as she expressed the milk into the cup Jasper held. It was pinkish colored, so I knew the blood was flowing. It came out in a good stream, too, so I knew it was flowing well.

When they had enough collected, Jasper replaced the lid, then I rolled onto my back again. Char nuzzled her face between my breasts, "Thank you for letting me do that for you. It made me feel good to know you wanted me to do it, instead of you doing it yourself."

I smiled softly, ran my fingers through her hair, then offered her my breast. She moaned, latching on quickly but gently. She caressed the side of my breast as she fed from it, while Peter and Jasper entwined their fingers to caress the other. I sighed in content, and we were quiet as Char fed.

She gently released and licked my nipple as we both felt the change, then she kissed them both before replacing my top. She kissed me slowly, then whispered her love for me. She went to open the door as I asked Peter to switch places, and let me lay on Char for a while. He smiled, then when Char returned from opening the door, she took his place.

Carlisle came in quietly, then smiled as Jasper handed him the cup. "This looks like a good consistency, especially with you just becoming pregnant today. Do you mind telling me if they were feeding for the majority of the time the door was closed?"

I smiled, "I don't mind, Carlisle. Yes, other than Char switching places and the few minutes it took to express what you have, she fed for the rest of the time."

He looked at Char. "Were you drawing as deeply as you would with blood?"

She nodded, "Full mouthfuls with every draw. We can feel the change in her, plus I can taste a slight difference when it's time to stop. The milk seems thinner, weaker with the last mouthful."

Carlisle nodded, "Very good. You are doing exceptionally well, Bella. The amount of milk you're producing already is more than enough to feed one of the twins. Within the next few days, the volume you produce will grow, and the consistency should become slightly thicker."

I smiled at this news, but he continued, "Your dad did very well. Esme noticed you hadn't been drinking the bottled fruit juices, so she gave him a few bottles to drink during the donation. I gave him an injection to help his blood regenerate faster. He should be quite safe to make two more donations before you need the blood."

I giggled, "Charlie's a carnivore at heart. With all the steak and liver he likes to eat, his iron level should be through the roof. With the booster you just gave him, he'll probably be able to give even more while still in the safe zone."

Carlisle laughed, "Probably, and Charlie said he would continue to donate throughout the nursing cycle if you would let him. Sue and the wolves offered to donate, too."

My eyes widened as I whispered in awe, "Wow, that's very generous of everyone. The wolves can't donate. Not compatible. There's something with the phasing aspect in their dna… it wouldn’t be safe for the babies or me. Can you bring Charlie and Sue in? I'd like to talk to them with you here about them donating so much."

He nodded, then dashed out of the room. I felt Peter and Jasper each circle one of my nipples lightly with their fingertips, while Char ran hers lightly along my neck and shoulder. I tried to stifle my moan, but it didn't work so well. "God, I love the way you touch me. You need to behave, though. Charlie doesn't need to see it, even if he knows we do that."

They all chuckled, but I whimpered slightly when all three hands left my body at the same time. "I didn't mean stop touching me all together, just no breast caressing while other people are in the room. I still want to feel you three."

Char returned to caressing my neck and shoulder, while Peter and Jasper each caressed an arm, but quickly leaned in to kiss my tummy. I think they were trying to stay away from the area to not let their temperature effect my tummy. "I know you want to caress my tummy. I promise as soon as the 24 hour mark is up, you can all three touch and kiss it as much as you want. Thank you for being patient."

My mates said they would be as patient as I needed them to be, then Charlie and Sue walked in with Carlisle. I smiled when they got into view, saying, "Sit close to me for a second, please. I want to talk to you about donating."

Jasper and Peter sat up some. Sue and Charlie sat on either side of my legs, then Carlisle sat at my feet, resuming my foot massage. I smiled widely at him, "Keep that up and I'll just have to rename your position from best doctor in the world to best foot massager in the world."

I heard Esme giggle in the doorway, so I said, "Esme, get your hiney in here with your mate before I steal him. You are more than welcome in here."

She was on the other side of me next to Carlisle in a flash, "You can use him as a foot massager any time you need. Your body will be changing rapidly from what I hear, and your feet will be hurting from the change in your posture as the babies grow and your body expands."

I thanked her, then set my eyes on Charlie and Sue. "First, thank you for the offer of donating blood throughout my nursing time. It is extremely generous of both of you. I know you understand Sue, but Dad? Do you realise that blood is sacred to a vampire? How it's so vital? You'd be giving me something so essential to your survival."

Dad nodded, "Sue and I talked about it, then Doc explained what you just said in more detail. I know Princess, but if you'll let me, I want to do this for you."

I smiled softly, "You both want to donate that long? I could potentially be nursing for the next several years straight. You understand I have to be nursing continuously, until my last baby is done, to keep the blood flowing through the milk?"

They both nodded. "Okay. This is what I would like to see happen if both of you are sure about this. I would like both of you to be taken care of by Carlisle, as far as your medical health goes. Your immune systems need to stay in top form if you will be giving blood so frequently. I'd like you both to get flu and pneumonia shots as often as Carlisle deems necessary, as well as the booster that Carlisle will give to help your blood replenish. Put the blood donating aside for a second. I can't lose either of you, and I'd like you both to be as healthy as possible. Now, as for the donating, once I turn, I would like for you to only donate as Carlisle feels safe. If he feels once a week is safe, fine. If he wants it to be once every other month, so be it. He will be supplying me with other blood, so yours will not be my only source. You can stop donating at any time you wish, and I will not hold it against you in any way. You are giving me a precious gift, and it will be treated as such."

Carlisle said, "A good donation once every other week after the turn would be optimal, as it would give us room to work with, in case you need them to donate out of the blue in a hurry."

I nodded, looking at Charlie and Sue. "Sue, I understand you want to do this, but have you considered the elders? How will they feel about you supplying human blood to a vampire?"

She laughed, "The Goddess will be a vampire, Dear. I will be helping supply the Goddess with what she needs. I will be helping supply the Goddess' prophesied babies with what they need. The elders will not have a bad thought in their head about this. I'm sure. We can tell them together in the morning, then you'll see."

I nodded and took the last few big draws of my first bottle.... right on the hour mark. Jasper smiled as he opened the second bottle, putting the straw in. I smiled and nodded, so he placed the straw at my lips again. I drank deeply for a minute, then turned back to everyone. "Okay, now that you know what I wish to happen, do you both still agree?"

They both nodded, smiling, so I said, "Sue, you can donate as soon as Carlisle is ready, and Dad, you should be safe to donate two more times before my turn. Please let Sue donate before you give Sue her booster, or either of them the flu and pneumonia shots. Don't forget to label the two donations for Charlie after the shots. They'll be needed first after I give birth. Same with Sue for her first two donations after the shots. Also, If you could run a blood panel on both of them, I think Sue's potassium and Charlie's electrolytes are low."

Carlisle smiled,  then looked at both of them. "I think that might be a good idea. Do either of you mind? Sue, I can get yours when you donate, then get the amount I need from the donation Charlie just made. That way you aren’t poked with needles more than needed."

They both agreed, then Sue said, "I would like to get started as soon as you have everything ready. That way I can possibly donate again when Charlie does, during Bella's turning." Carlisle nodded, "Everything's up in my study now. I can run the blood tests and the tests on the breast milk all in a row. Bella, I should have some results soon, Dear."

I smiled as Sue, Charlie, and Carlisle all got up. Esme took Carlisle's place for my foot massage, which prompted me to moan, "Carlisle, I think you just got demoted. Your wife's foot massage kicks ass. Sorry, Doc."

Everyone laughed, then I asked him to send Jake in. I felt my temperature was in a still safe but low range. Esme asked, "Are you hungry, Dear? I think the girls are whipping up some food for the wolves in the kitchen. I can have them fix you a few things, if you'd like."

I nodded, "We bought that expensive cocoa powder from the chocolatier. Can the girls make me a hot cocoa from that and my almond milk? A big one with some salmon tartare, crackers, chocolate covered fruit... the cherries and raspberries, and some pieces of the fresh coconut?"

She turned her head, but before she could say anything, I heard Alice sing from the other room, "We're already on it. I'll be in with the tray in a second."

I giggled, "Sight seeing little pixie of a sister, you know I love you, right?"

Alice sang back, "Of course, I do."

I laughed along with Esme and my mates as Jake crawled up next to me. Peter went on the other side of Char, putting his head near mine in Char's lap. I rubbed my tummy gently, saying, "Hey Jake, I think the babies need a temperature boost."

He licked my palm, then sniffed my belly. I looked at him questioningly as he laid his head on my tummy. Alice and Edward came in with my food and cocoa. "Jake says he's starting to be able to smell your pregnant state. It's a good thing, and means the babies are growing well. He says he got the feeling you needed him right when Carlisle called him in. You two are becoming more in synch, which is also good. By the end of the 24 hours, you should be completely synced, and it will help with future pregnancies. No syncing needed, because you'll be in tune with each other from now on. He also says he can smell the venom in your system. It's helping the babies get stronger. He can sense it."

I smiled widely as I nodded, "I can sense it, too. As soon as my temperature goes back up, I'll need to go out to draw energy from the earth. The twins are steadily taking energy from me, and will continue to until the 24 hours is up. The venom and energy is speeding their growth development rate, to get them to where they need to be by tomorrow. Ali, did you find what I told you for the fabric?"

She grinned, nodding excitedly. "More... I found sooo much to get. All of the clasps and things I got are earth mined or natural materials, most of the fabrics are all naturals, with only minimal selections having any synthetic properties at all. The embroidery thread colors are mixed on the spool, so no switching between colors in the middle of the design. I was able to get another 2 outfits out of the material I had of the green. A backless empire top with flutter sleeves, which is paired with another pair of capris. Plus you get a handkerchief type halter with all over embroidery that connects with silver chain like a necklace in the back. One at the neck and one at the bottom of your shoulder blades. Completely adjustable, so you can wear it as loose as you need. It goes with a pair of fold over low-rise yoga pants. They have the embroidery down the side of the legs and at the fold-over part of the waist. Very stretchy, and you fold the front waist up as your belly expands without the back of the pants covering your elements. We also found all of the fish and caviar you asked for at a local high-end seafood dealer in Port Angeles. He agreed to deliver everything here before sunrise. We can meet him at the road in one of the SUVs if you would rather him not be near the house."

I agreed that it would be best as she kissed my cheek. "Can you bring the outfits down to show me? I'd like to see them."

She grinned and dashed off. Edward spoke softly as soon as she left the room, "She's really excited to be able to make your wardrobe, Bella. When she hasn't been sewing, she's been sketching."

That reminded me. "Ali, bring the sketch book with you," I said it in a normal tone, but knew she would hear me.

Edward's face lit up, and as I heard soft chuckles from my mates and Esme, he said, "She's squealing, she's so excited. You just made her so happy. Thank you, Bella, so much."

He bent over, kissing my cheek tenderly, so I hugged him to me, "It's my pleasure. This outfit is so comfortable. We're good Edward, her and I. We talked. I know that you and I still need to talk, but I feel like we're good too. We're okay, right?"

He smiled even wider. "Yes, we're more than alright. We'll talk when you feel ready, but I like this new us. Way more natural than before. It feels good being playful and easy-going with you."

I kissed his cheek, then Ali walked back in with both outfits and the sketchbook. The outfits were so pretty. "Ali, they're gorgeous. I know what I'll be wearing as soon as I'm able to get a shower. I want that halter and pant set. Show me how the waist works.”

She showed me as she explained, "It took a second to figure how to make the waist look like the whole thing would fold up, but still make it so that it wouldn't cover your elements. The slanted seams on the sides keep the back fold down, while allowing the front to fully unfold and stretch easily for your growing baby bump. I'd personally be flaunting it to the world, but I didn't know if you'd want to. This gives you both options."

I laughed, "I have a feeling that with no stretch marks, it'll be flaunted majorly. We'll have to see, though. There will probably be times when it would be better not to."

She nodded in agreement, then handed me the sketchbook. It had my name on the front in beautiful calligraphy. I flipped it open to the first page, then gasped. It was two of me... one facing front, and one with my back showing... sketched in one of her designs. It was a very pretty drape-neck tank sun dress. The back draped from the shoulder blades to my tailbone, too. It was simple, but beautiful, and had the scroll design with added flowers. "I didn't know if I could add the flowers or not in the embroidery. I can exclude them if needed."

I shook my head, "No, don't. Keep them. It's beautiful. Think of it this way. If a flower is naturally found in nature red, it can go in the embroidery. If it's naturally found white or silver, it can go in. Same with blue. The vines are green, so you won't want green flowers, but you can add green berries to the outfits that aren't green. On the green ones the berries can be blue or red. Think nature. As long as the base is the vine scroll and it can be found naturally, you can use it. This is really beautiful. I love how the drape on the back accentuates my elements."

She looked like she'd be blushing if she could. I flipped the page, and there I was again. My hair was done up elegantly so that it draped to my shoulder blades. The gown design was exquisite. "Exquisite, Ali. Utterly stunning."

It was a simpler design of my Earth goddess' fancy gown. This could be worn out with Jasper and Peter wearing suits.

The embroidery on this started light at my hip line, and gradually got thicker down to the hem. "Can you make Char something to wear in blue for when I wear this? And ties for the guys in their colors? I can picture us going out with me wearing this. You got the idea from the vision gown?"

She nodded enthusiastically, then asked me to turn the page. I felt Jake's temp rise, so I rubbed the top of his muzzle. I took a few sips of my water before turning the page. My mates gasped. It was an exact color representation of the Earth Goddess gown. You could even tell by how she drew it that it glittered. "Christ, Darlin'. Is that the vision?"

I smiled widely as I nodded. Alice said, "The back view is on the next page."

I turned the page, which caused them to gasp again. "Truly beautiful, My Goddess."

I felt Jasper shoot me a minute amount of lust, so I giggled.

"Really?" I said with a smirk his way.

He nodded, causing me to reply, "Hmm... interesting. I have to keep that in mind.”

I turned the page again, and wow. The Air goddess was represented in full color. Jasper shot me a larger amount of lust and desire, making me moan instinctively. He shot me an apologetic smile, "Sorry, but Darlin', the Major in me wants to take you while you're suspended in the playroom with that dress on."

I heard Peter and Char moan as Charlie coughed. I forgot they couldn't see the sketches, so I backed it up to the first Earth Goddess sketch before turning the sketchbook so they could see. Charlie, Sue, Carlisle and Esme all gasped as Jake gently rumbled. "This is me in full Earth Goddess mode. This is how I looked in the vision. Here's the back."

I flipped the page, only for them to gasp again. Esme said softly, "Bella, you're so beautiful. As you said, utterly stunning."

Carlisle agreed, then Sue asked, "Would you mind the elders having a copy of these?"

I shook my head, but Alice said, "I can have originals drawn for them exactly like these by morning. I'll start as soon as Bella's done with the sketchbook. I want to see how she likes everything else first."

I flipped the page, and they all gasped again. "Dad, this is what Jasper made that comment about. Sorry, but I agree with him."

Sue added, "Charlie, If she wasn't like a daughter to me, I'd beg her to let me do it, too. That just screams submissive, and you know it. It's beautiful... powerful, but submissive."

Charlie blushed, "I know, and I can understand it. I'm still trying to get used to her being a grown up, let alone a submissive. You're right, though."

I turned the book back to me, but said, "Edward, what did Jake rumble a second ago?"

He smiled, "When you showed the Earth Goddess picture, he said, 'My Goddess'."

Sue explained, "With the wolves and nature, the Earth Goddess would be their natural goddess. He was acknowledging that relationship."

I scratched behind Jake's ear, then said, "Jake, she needs you as much as I do, you know. The relationship we have with you flourishes when we're together. I feel it deep inside me."

I put my hand back on his muzzle, then he licked my hand. "I love you, too, Jake."

I turned the page as his temp went up again. Jasper sent another dose of lust, controlled this time, at the back of the Air goddess gown. I smiled and turned the book for the others to see. "Air Goddess, the back view."

Turning the book to me again, I turned the page. I gasped with my mates this time, whispering in awe at the Fire Goddess representation, "Ali, you captured it perfectly. You can just see the desire and the passionate fire rolling off me."

I felt Peter's hand tense on my arm as a low moan escaped him. Looking at him, I said, "This is what I meant earlier in the field when we worked with fire. This, right here, is how you make me feel."

His eyes went wide, so I smiled, "Yes, really."

He smiled so big the cheshire cat would have been fucking jealous. He finally gets it.

I turned the picture for everyone else to see. More gasps as Carlisle and Esme both moaned. Carlisle hurried to explain, "Sorry. That really does scream at you. It's hard not to get caught up in the passion and desire of it."

I nodded with a smile, "I fully understand. I felt the same way when I saw it in the vision. I'd have definitely done her myself... if it wasn't me to begin with."

Everyone, including Charlie, laughed at that one. I turned the book again, moving to the back of the Fire Goddess. Peter moaned and shifted a slight bit, "Christ, Kitten. Ya need to turn the page or somethin'. I can't be alone with ya right now, and those Fire Goddess pictures are affectin' me."

He sounded almost like he was whining, so I giggled as I turned the book for everyone else to see. More gasps, and Sue tried to cover a moan with a cough. I giggled again, "It's alright Sue. The Fire Goddess draws in everyone. She makes everyone feel how Peter makes me feel. It's not your fault. It feeds her flames."

She nodded, then I turned the book back to me. I turned the book and flipped the page. Water Goddess, in her all her island oasis beauty, shown in front of me. Char whimpered, causing me to say, "I know, Baby."

I sat the book down as I placed my hand on her cheek. She nuzzled into it, explaining, "You look like you make me feel when I'm with you."

She kissed my hand, then I said, "I know, you make me feel the same way."

She ran her fingers through my hair as I picked the book back up to show everyone else. They sighed when they saw it.

"This is the Water Goddess in all her island oasis glory."

"So beautiful. So flowing. I can almost feel the waves of the ocean," Charlie said.

I smiled, understanding completely. "That's how Char makes me feel, Dad."

He smiled as he nodded to my Char. I turned the book, then flipped the page to see the back of the gown. Char gasped, her hand flying to her mouth as another whimper escaped.

I mentally sent her my love as I smiled at her. "I know, and we'll have that bath soon."

I turned the book with a smile. I felt Jake's temp rise again, so I scratched his ear. When I turned the book to move to the next page, I gasped as my hand flew to my tummy next to Jake's nose. I whispered in awe, "Ali? Is this...?"

She smiled widely, nodding her head. It was a picture of me on my side on the chaise in our Texas house with a sheet draped over my hips, my arm draped over my breasts, my bottom leg straight, my top leg bent, and my belly showing. It was huge, but so very beautiful. I looked like I was glowing, but the soft smile on my face said it all. I was the ultimate mother. "That is a vision I got of you. I don't know where it is, but I think it's of this pregnancy. I got the vision just as you confirmed to Charlie he was going to be a Grandpa."

I agreed with a wide smile, "It's the chaise lounge in our Texas house. Do you know how far along?"

She nodded, "Look in the bottom corner."

I did, then about choked. I looked so big in the picture, but still had a month and a half of pregnancy to go. "Christ, Ali! I look so big, but there's still a month and a half to go!"

She smiled, "Remember, Bella.You'll be bigger than an average pregnancy because you have two babies growing inside you."

I calmed at that reminder. Jasper, Char, and Peter all caressed my tummy in the picture, then I turned the book. Charlie instantly had tears in his eyes and a smile on his face, while Sue was right behind him with the same expression. Esme and Carlisle both looked like they would cry if they could.

Edward said something that I didn't think anyone else had noticed, "Bella, you look exactly the same in the photo as you do now except for the tummy and the glow. Is that why your turning will take so much less time?"

I grinned. "Yup. The goddess made everything physically ideal already, so no physical changes will need to be done.
