Forever
The winds of change
Billow through the sails of time
Not knowing what was asked of me
I set out on a journey into the unknown
I was intrigued yet I was afraid
Knowing and not knowing at once
Wondering if I was to search blindly forever
For the love and desire I craved the most
I often wander aimlessly
Through the streets of time
In search of the mystic unknown chasm
We often describe as forever
If one could change the hands of time
We would each take a turn in hopes of turning
The great clock back to relive a vital part of the past
Human nature often says
If I could only find a way to turn back
The hands of time
I would change the past to produce a better now
I would go back and reclaim what I believe
Should be rightfully mine
I would gladly go back and reclaim
The passion that we shared
The love we vowed would withstand
The winds and sands of time
We vowed our love to last throughout eternity
Until we are reborn
We belong to each other
Forever
